SECRETARY’S REPORT Jim Mclaughlin

TREASURER’S REPORT Nancy as of June 30th 69% dues collected. Check book balance
$50,042.44. Patricia motion to accept, Pauline second. No discussion, passed.
CORRESPONDENCE email after
grading of her road, someone stole her lawn mower.
BEACHES Sand needed on 2nd,
3rd, and big beaches. Water testing on big beach failed (235) before
the 4th , 2 days later it passed ( 30). Neal to make more boat ramp keys need to be made. Grass needs to be mowed
on big beach and 3rd beach. Porto potty for big beach the month of July.
REC HALL Janet Beech did the inside
work and Justin is doing the outside. Hall is available for rental. 2 windows
are left for donating and they are $140 a window. Breakfast August 5th , Jay and his wife Laurie volunteered. Jim will call to have the floor cleaned.
OLD BUSINES Mosquito spraying/ Plymouth County/ the
whole shores last week. They will spray 10 times per year free.781-585-5450, fax 781-582-1276, email Plymouth mosquito.com. Joan suggested posting on bulletin board.
NEW BUSINESS Hamburg and hot dog day to be in August. Annual
meeting topics 1. Raising betterment fees to $225. Jim thinks we should put a time limit on raising the fees. Nancy motion to raise betterment fees $225 for three years, Patricia second. Motion to lower
fees to $175,Donna Musto, Bob Rounds second. Bill Ezell motion to stop discussion, Justin second. 2. Changing the time of
the meetings, by-laws would have to be changed in order to do that. Richard Young motion to change meetings to 7:00 Sunday
night. Mark Cameron second. 3. $1500 to survey big beach. 4. Changing the bus stop to the rec hall fifth ave. Nominate directors
for reelection . Sharmaine Sumner was confused on which beaches were tested.
Big beach and 3rd beach are the only ones the town considers beaches because we pay taxes on them.
