SECRETARIES REPORT Justin motion not to read, Nancy second. Passed.

TREASURERS REPORT Nancy read report, with 73% of members paid, check book balance, $45,037.44. Skip motion to accept, Justin second. Porta potty will be pulled from big beach. Patricia to call. Third mailing has gone out. Nancy to call Al for snow plowing. He has done a great job in the past.

CORRESPONDENCE Pink of Azor land survey $1000 with cement post or $600 with bars. Justin motion for $1000 to survey big beach with cement post, Nancy second, passed. Patricia wanted to know if anyone has heard from the fire department about hall inspection, no one has.

ROAD COMMITTEE Carrie and Helen street were done. Neal is leaving in three weeks and will put together a project outline for next year. Water co keeps digging up Wisteria, Neal said the water co will address it in the spring. Also the boat ramp needs work next year.

BEACHES Neal to send a letter to the chief of police about vandalism. Beach markers are all taken in for the winter. Jim said some of the beaches do need sand next year, we voted to get sand. Neal to look into buying a road measuring wheel, if under $100, buy it. Material on ledge street.

REC HALL Justin is 90% done on the siding, gutters need to be done next. Estimate for the bathrooms, $6200 from Parmenter and Steve Slavin. Nancy call Al for an estimate. Jim suggested moving hot water and tank to shed.

NEW BUSINESS Justin would like to clean up some brush on Clark Road and would like to hire some kids from the neighborhood to help and pay them. Jim asked if he had anyone in mind to hire. Rosemary Hawes has some foster kids and some other kids around here. Justin motion for $500 from General fund for labor to pay to clean Clark Road, Patricia second. Passed Patricia and Justin to have a Halloween Party in October. Turkey Penny sale November 17th. Patricia and Justin to rent rec hall in October and are thinking of having a community yard sale. Sell coca cola cooler.
