Directors Meeting November 4, 2007

CALL TO ORDER 11:14

ROLL CALL Nancy Jones, Patricia Welch, Joan Moran, Jim Silva, Christine Silva, Justin Graham, and Jay Martin.

SECRETARIES REPORT Joan motion not to read, Patricia second. All in favor.

TREASURER’S REPORT Nancy read report, check book balance $47,497.67. 80%. Justin motion to accept, Jay second. Total for the clean-up day, $622.96. $515.50 plus supplies, hack saw rented, pole saw bought. Passed.

CORRESPONDENCE Nancy got a few emails from people interested in buying places in the shores.

ROAD COMMITTEE Some pot holes need to be taken care of, Clark, Beechwood, Patricia to call Neal to call Kenneally to grade Beechwood. Wisteria is also bad. Jim asked if we need more material. Overlay #25 - #28 Beechwood 2,400 square feet Patricia to call Cacciatore.

BEACHES

REC HALL Al gave Nancy a bid for the rec hall bathrooms. $2600 per bath total of $5200. Parmenter’s bid was $6200. Tabled until December. Justin to call Al with a few questions and a time frame. Halloween party, 42 people signed in. Fire inspector was happy with the changes made to the rec hall and didn’t think the building inspector needed to come back. Justin said the gutters will be done next Saturday. Hall was rented October 30th. Someone tried to break into the rec hall twice, but the dead bolt held. Justin to look into prices wrap around for the door frames, back and side doors. Joan has had no luck with a slab for the oven. Will keep looking.

OLD BUSINESS Budget : Nancy motion to accept new budget and Joan second. Passed. Turkey Penny Sale: Lu and Marion will help with the tickets again this year. Bob Rounds will go to Lorenzo this year. Joan will get Turkeys at market basket the morning of the 17th . Christine to get supplies and 2 hams. Patricia will call to have the dumpster emptied. Patricia to get a gift certificate for Lu and Marion and the Berbines. They have been taken care of the entrance to Clark Shores all summer. Thank you gifts.

NEW BUSINESS Nancy made a motion to skip January, February meetings. Joan second. Last meeting of the year would be December. Window plaques, info at next meeting to buy them.
