Secretary’s Report ~ Sully made a motion not to read the report, Mark seconded. The report was accepted unread.

Treasurer’s Report ~ Neal made a motion not to read the report, Justin seconded. The report was accepted unread.

Correspondence ~

A letter was received regarding the Silva’s Property Transfer.

Silver City Galleria’s Annual November Event will be held 11/21/04. Tickets are available, and will be 100% clear profit for CSA.

Neil Villeneuve of Churchill Shores sent a petition for signatures for the 2 Term Limit for the Board of Selectmen and Board of Health.

Turkey Penny Sale: With no MC available, little assistance, I suggest we cancel the T/P Sale.

Beautification ~ The signage designs were voted on, and the similar replacement of the most recent sign was approved. $750 was voted to obtain more blocks for the base. Those blocks donated by Rosemarie were not enough. $1,250 was voted to obtain the sign and posts.

Road Committee ~ Snowplowing: Nancy reported that Al called in response to the sign placed on the bulletin board. Jim agreed to make arrangements with Al.

Boat Ramp ~ Neal to look into whether a professional locksmith can adapt a new lock arrangement, or if a new gate is needed. $50 was voted to pay for the estimate.
