ROLL CALL - All Present: Jim Silva, Christine
Silva, Nancy Jones, Joan Moran, Patricia Welch, Neal O’Neill, Justin Graham,
Skip O’Neill, Pauline Murphy, Frank Sullivan, Lorraine Sullivan.
SECRETARY’S REPORT - Not read - Nancy made motion.
Pauline second, passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT - 79 % budget paid. $1419
income, $3059 expenses. Checkbook balance $41020.31 - Save $157.39. Justin made motion to accept, Frank second, passed.
CORRESPONDENCE -
None
ROAD COMMITTEE - Wisteria was done. Grading was done
again last week. We used $600 and still have more money. Drainage is still a problem. Pauline wanted 3rd ave to
be looked at. Orchard still hasn’t been done. Central ave is a project for next year. Central will be getting material
and graded.
BEACHE
S - Neal picked up 3rd beach markers.
Aluminum boat chained to tree, gate is blocked again. Bill Eyell will volunteer & Kinsley will help put markers together
with Neal. Big beach failed Mondays test, retested Wednesday, passed. Next year look at improving gate.
REC HALL - Water Co. rented for meeting. Tom Beech
came down and cleaned corner and put mulch. Bob Rounds needs a thank you. Motion to allow Water Co. to rent hall free. Sully
motion, Skip second. Bill Ezel doesn’t see a problem. Motion only 3 times a year. Passed, 1 opposed. No price yet on
door. Jim got plaques for windows. Dailey family donated window & Silva family donated windows. 2 more windows are available.
Jim got $2500 quote to paint rec hall.
NEW BUSINESS - Jim made motion to vote on a special
meeting August 20th.
No kids club after the meeting.
