CALL TO ORDER        11:10

ROLL CALL - All Present: Jim Silva, Christine Silva, Nancy Jones, Joan  Moran, Patricia Welch, Neal O’Neill, Skip O’Neill, Pauline Murphy, Frank Sullivan, Lorraine Sullivan.

TREASURER’S REPORT - Nancy read. Scott asked if we would put lien on property & stop them from using beaches boat ramp.

1) Grader - $11,500. Amend motion take $11500 from General fund, passed.

2) Raise Clark Rd maintenance fund which only funds Clark Rd. $100 - $200. 11 Houses, only 4 have paid. NOT Passed.

3) Hall Court $2700 (30x50) someone would get hurt - who would be responsible? Lenny asked how long will it last? Pat asked, if its here will be a hang out? Not passed.

4) Raise Clark Shores fees $200 - $230. Bill motion to call. Maureen Golden second, NOT passed.
