CALL TO ORDER

ROLL CALL - Present: Jim Silva, Christine Silva,
Nancy Jones, Joan Moran, Patricia Welch, Neal O’Neal. Not Present:
Justin Graham, Amanda St Andrews, Matt St. Andrews, Frank Sullivan, Skip O’Neal, Pauline Murphy, Lorraine Sullivan.
Not enough director’s to make a quorum.
SECRETARY’S REPORT - Not read - Nancy made motion,
Neal second.
TREASURER’S REPORT - Nancy read - Patricia made
motion, Joan second, passed.
CORRESPONDENCE -
ATV’s - Patricia made suggestion to put signs on bulletin board so everyone will know that police should be called.
One more newsletter in June. Building needs to be inspected. Patricia and Neal will take care of that.
ROAD COMMITTEE - Nancy would like to take 11, 500 for
grader out of the general fund. Road committee agrees. Tabled until general meeting. Voted on at annual meeting. Kenneally
spent 11 ½ hours grading roads. He will do more roads. TL Edwar
ds is giving us a better price for reprocessed asphalt. $1450 for 5 loads. Keneally gives Neal hours, Nancy
cuts the check. Comes out of major road repair fund. Cacciatore for patchwork. 4th, 3rd, 2nd,
Beechwood, and azalea - $3500. 2 more phone votes needed. Neal made motion, Patricia seconded. Motion read - $1500 for material
and $3500 for patch work. 5 yes’ at meeting.
BEACHES - Testing price, same. Larry said Churchill
Shores will not test beaches. $110 for two beaches weekly. 1st time all beaches will be tested. Talk about putting
sand on beaches. Talk about reopening Charlie Rd.
REC HALL - 2 hall rentals. Kids fun night - 19 kids
showed up. Three volunteers and one adult. June 11th rental - Summit Ave. Need two bids to paint rec hall. Call
Fred Dewhurst to take care of rec hall lawn.
OLD BUSINESS - Water study info night, June 20th
- 7pm @ library. Kathy Wright interest in becoming director.
NEW BUSINESS - Basketball court and playground at rec
hall ?
